Terms of Service
The terms for making and hosting a product show with PromoFast.
The service
PromoFast turns a public product page into a hosted English Product Show. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live and have authority to submit the product.
Your content and submitted URLs
You may submit only public URLs and product information that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights clearance of the source material, your edits and the final published message. Do not use PromoFast to process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or privacy-violating content.
Product message and publication
Manual mode lets you review the extracted message before production; automatic mode proceeds without that pause. You remain responsible for the final claims. Published Shows may appear in the Real shows gallery while access is active. We may reject or remove unsafe, unlawful or infringing content.
Free experience
Each account may create one free Product Show without a card. Its public page and embed stay online for seven days after first publication. The project remains in the account after expiry and can be restored with a purchase. Retrying a failed project does not grant another free Show.
One-time purchases and billing
Each payment buys access for one Product Show and never renews. Access starts after Dodo Payments confirms the charge. A purchase cannot be moved to another Show or reused after its Show is deleted.
Refunds
Email support@promofast.show within 30 days of the charge with the account email and payment details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and end the related paid access. Approval is not guaranteed except where required by law.
Hosted pages
A purchase includes hosting, the website embed, video export and one content refresh for its Show. It does not include unlimited products, regenerations, refreshes or video renders. Video downloads expire after three days. Shows are English-only, use PromoFast hosting and keep the Made with PromoFast attribution. Custom domains are not included.
No promised commercial outcome
PromoFast aims to present product information clearly and engagingly. It does not guarantee views, watch time, conversion, revenue, sales, ranking, audience growth or any other business outcome. Your results depend on your product, claims, audience, distribution and other factors outside the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it relies on hosting, payment, identity and generation providers and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider issues or events outside our control. We may update the service or these terms; continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
