What this policy covers

This policy covers PromoFast, including promofast.show, its sign-in flow, workspace, hosted product shows and related support. PromoFast is the service that turns a public product URL into a creator-reviewed, hosted English product show.

Information we process

Account identity. Google, GitHub or email-code sign-in provides a verified email and account identifier, plus a name or profile image when available. PromoFast uses them to create and secure your workspace.
Product workspace content. We store the public URL you submit, the extracted product message, your reviewed edits, project status and the generated page metadata. The service reads only the public page you ask it to process.
Hosted output and free access. We store generated pages, audio and delivery assets, whether the free Show was used, and its seven-day expiry. Published Shows may appear in the Real shows gallery while their hosting access is active.
Product progress email. We use your verified account email for Show status and free-hosting notices. You can disable these emails from your account page. Marketing remains off unless you opt in.
Purchase records. Dodo Payments processes card authorization, one-time charges and refunds. PromoFast stores the purchased Show, payment status, Dodo provider identifiers and related billing event records needed to grant or end access; it does not receive or store your full card number.
Technical, reliability and usage data. Cloudflare and our application infrastructure process ordinary request data, security logs and essential session state. PostHog receives your verified account email and display name with successful sign-in events, plus product events, workflow outcomes, task durations and browser performance measurements. We use this information to measure registrations and find conversion friction, failures and slow steps. These events do not include submitted URLs, extracted copy, reviewed content or payment-card details.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, run the extraction and generation workflow you request, maintain your hosted show, manage purchases, measure product and service performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service failures and meet applicable legal obligations. PromoFast does not sell personal information or use essential sign-in cookies for advertising.

Service providers

PromoFast uses Google, GitHub and email verification for identity sign-in, Dodo Payments for one-time checkout processing, Cloudflare for hosting and application infrastructure, PostHog for account, product and performance analytics, OpenRouter for product-message generation, ElevenLabs for generated audio, and Resend for transactional product progress email. These providers process only the information required to provide their part of the service under their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment and refund records

The full card details remain with Dodo Payments. PromoFast retains purchase status and refund records where needed to apply access changes, provide support, prevent fraud and meet transaction-record obligations. The refund rules are described in the Terms of Service.

Cookies and local browser storage

PromoFast uses first-party, HttpOnly cookies to secure sign-in and sessions. Local storage may keep an unfinished product URL, a random analytics identifier and your Show sound preference. Analytics improves product reliability and performance; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention and requests

We retain account, purchase and project records while your workspace or hosted output is active, and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, support, backups, billing records or legal obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing support@promofast.show. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.
